The service from the valet staff was appalling. The valet refused to move a bollard for access. The car slightly touched and bent it, then they aggressively demanded payment and laughed after charging 300aed.

The honeymoon setup surprised us with beautiful floral arrangements and a fruit cake shaped like a heart. the décor felt thoughtful. mr luke james sent personalized cards. That gesture showed genuine care from the team. issac and kirk at reception provided professional service, they paid great attention to detail.

the air quality was poor, as the room and air-conditioning were dusty. this caused me illness, including nasal congestion and a sore throat. i could not use the paid infinity pool access due to these conditions.
